Cancellation Policy

*Spa Cancellation Policy*

At Onyx Skin and Body, we strive to provide all our guests with the best possible experience. In order to do so, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

1. Appointment Cancellations or Rescheduling:

  • We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service.

2. No-Show Policy:

  • If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice a 10% charge of the scheduled service will be applied.

3. Late Arrivals:

  • If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you, but please understand that your treatment may need to be shortened to avoid disturbing other guests' appointments.
  • Full service fees will still apply in this case.

4. Group or Package Bookings:

  • For group bookings or special packages, we require at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or changes.

Failing to do so may result in a 50% charge of the total scheduled cost.

We understand that emergencies happen. If there are extenuating circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate the situation.
